This Wednesday!

Hello YAFers!
We're going to meet at Sagebrush on Stratford at 6:30 this Wednesday to celebrate Mike's birthday, which is actually on Thursday - so come out and celebrate with us!

Also, the Dixie Classic Fair is opening up soon (dates, anyone?) and next Wednesday there will be a concert there with FFH - admission is 4 cans of Lowes food products - we were thinking maybe we can switch next week's Bible study with the 'fun' week after it - so keep that in mind for next week...and make sure to let Becky know if you plan on going with us to the beach the first weekend in November - the more people, the lower the cost!

Beach trip!

Just a reminder to let Becky (beckstercc@aol.com) know if you're planning on going to Ocean Isle with us the first weekend in November (4-6) - the more people going, the cheaper it will be for all of us! Either way, it should be less than $50, assuming that at least 10 or so people come.

We had such a blast last year - it's a great time of year, not crowded at all, but still generally warm enough for walks on the beach - last year, we had several different groups that all left at different times, so if you can't leave til after work Fri, there will probably be people to ride with, or if you want to take part or all of the day off, you can probably find people for that too!
Hope you can all make it - lots of memories made on this trip last year!

this wednesday let's do a picnic thing (while the sun is still up for a little longer).
bring something to eat to the green in front of the reynolda house.
maybe we can toss a frisbee or football.
you can bring other toys if you like.

I assume we'll meet there around 6:30pm - come one, come all!

Redeemer church-wide end of summer picnic on the church grounds tonight Wed Sept 7 at 6pm - hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks provided - if your last name starts with A-M, bring a side dish, if it starts with L-Z, bring a desert - enough for you and at least 4 others - everybody have fun!
